National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) Theory Exam of April 2025 of Class 10 and 12 is tentatively scheduled to be held between April 6th and May 22nd. As the practical exams end on April 1, 2025, students may prepare for their theory exams accordingly.

Kolkata: National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is yet to release officially the date sheet for the theory exams 2025 of class 10th and 12th grade. NIOS practical exam 2025 will be held from March 17 to April 1, 2025. As per the information from the official source, the subsequent theory exams (Class 10th & 12th) will begin from April 6, 2025.

NIOS Exam 2025: Class 10th and 12th

NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) Exam 2025 will be held for 3 hours duration. Candidates will get 15 minutes extra time to read through the question paper before answering. Listed below are some key points regarding the NIOS 10th Exam Timing:

Arrival Time: Students must reach the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.
Reading Time: Students will get 15 minutes (from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM) to read the question paper before writing begins.
Exam Duration: The exam will be conducted from 2:15 PM to 5:30 PM.
Important Note: During the 15-minute reading period, students can only read the question paper but are not allowed to write answers.

NIOS Result 2025

NIOS result for the class 10th and 12th exams for the April 2025 will be declared in June 2025, while the October 2025 exam results are expected to be released in December 2025.

The NIOS 10th and 12th exam results will be available online on the official websites ac.in and results.nios.ac.in.
To access their results, students must enter their details and a captcha code in the result login window.

NIOS EXAM Dates 2025 for On-Demand Exams

The NIOS boards offers on-demand exam facility to the students through which exams can be undertaken anytime of the year. This ODE has some below-mentioned clauses:

Admissions for NIOS on-demand exams are open all year round.
ODE exams are available every month except April, May, October, and November, as these are public examination months.
Students must register online and choose their preferred NIOS exam dates.
Results for on-demand exams will be published 45 days after the examination.
